Several ideas here:
1. Email should be shown only if the person viewing the page is logged in.
2. Email should respect 'showuseridentity' setting. (Bug)
3. User should have a preference setting to allow displaying of their email address in badges. Default being set to "No".
4. Maybe add admin setting to allow users displaying their email address?
