It seems that, while integrating MDL-40063, the creation of some follow-up issues was suggested but never performed (see this comment). And now the issue is closed.

While I'd be happy to do it myself, I've not been following that issue, so it's tricky for me. So this is a call to involved people about they being missing.

I suppose it's Mark's turn to achieve that, really.
