      1. Using Base theme (&theme=base) go to a course page and in Administration block select User > Groups and verify that the tabs look OK.
      2. Test in other areas of Moodle where Tabs are present (wiki page, database activity...)

      Feedback activity links are unusable in Base. See screenshot. The links are so close together that its basically unusable.

      Tabs are not shown in Base on any page.
