Semantics of "Active chat settings" heading in "Recent activity block" is wrong

      1. Create a new chat activity
      2. Access the chat with a user
      3. On the course page, in the recent activity block:
        • Make sure the header "Active chat sessions" is an H3 and doesn't appear larger than the block title
      4. Set $CFG->chat_old_ping = 0; in your config file
      5. Refresh the course page
        • Make sure the header "Past sessions" is an H3 in the recent activity block
