Create a new chat activity

Access the chat with a user

On the course page, in the recent activity block:

Make sure the header "Active chat sessions" is an H3 and doesn't appear larger than the block title

Set $CFG->chat_old_ping = 0; in your config file

Refresh the course page

Make sure the header "Past sessions" is an H3 in the recent activity block

The title "Active chat sessions:" is using an H2, it should be using an H3 as "Course updates" does.
