Steps to reproduce:

• Go to a page using the atto editor
• Use the keyboard to navigate to to the toolbar buttons
• Press the expand/collapse button to expand toolbar

Expected results:
Focus remains on expand/collapse button, so can then navigate to the new buttons using the keyboard

Actual results:
Focus goes to the text box, then I have to mess around to go back where I am using the keyboard.
