Editing an activity name on the course page doesn't cause the activity to be listed in the recent activity block

      If I go to a course as a teacher and edit an activity, change its name and save the activity appears in the recent activity block. However if I directly edit the activity name on the course page the activity does not appear in the recent activity block.
