'I press "BUTTON_STRING"' step finds (and clicks) non-button links that contain the BUTTON_STRING.

For example, given a form with section header 'Import settings' and a submit button 'Import', the step 'I press "Import"' clicks the 'Import settings' section toggler rather than the 'Import' button.

Since links can be activated by 'I follow ...', 'I press ...' should ignore them and find only input buttons.
