Add ability to remove the 'All courses' link under the list of courses

      Base case, "All courses" link should be shown by default.

      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Create 4 courses, and enrol yourself as a teacher.
      3. Expand "Site administration > Front page > Front page settings"
      4. In "Front page settings", set maximum number of course to 2.
      5. In "Front page settings", "Enable 'view more' courses link." should be checked by default.
      6. Save changes.
      7. In your home page, click "Site home".
      8. In your "Site home", you should see "All courses" link.

      Disabling "Enable 'view more' courses link." in front page settings.

      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Same courses you have from first section above.
      3. Expand "Site administration > Front page > Front page settings"
      4. In "Front page settings", uncheck "Enable 'view more' courses link."
      5. Save changes
      6. In your home page, click "Site home".
      7. In your "Site home", you should NOT see "All courses" link.

      Run behat acceptance test.

      The 'All courses' link under the list of courses is not removed
      i have set this option to remove it in Site administration ► Plugins ► Blocks ► Courses
      but it doesn't work
      it is shown at the home
      but not visible at My home
