Go to theme\bootstrapbase\less\bootstrap
Edit breadcrumbs.less

Add the following under
> li {

margin-right: 1px;

Then, remember to compile with the following command:
cd theme\bootstrapbase\less
recess --compile --compress moodle.less > ../style/moodle.css **

And Purge your Cache!!!
