Testing Instructions:
1. Create an image in Atto
2. Test the "Constrain" checkbox in the image dialogue and make sure it behaves as you would expect
3. I'm deliberately not explaining how it works, because it should be obvious

When changing the sizes of an image after resizing it, the proportions are not kept, making it hard to resize an image properly. This option could be optional as it is in TinyMCE.
