Viewing my badges as a guest user generates blank screen

      1. Enable "Allow guest access" and "Auto-login guests" site settings.

      2. Go to http://YOURSITEURL/badges/mybadges.php

      3. You should see a message, "You are currently using guest access. To see badges you need to login with your user account."

      4. Login with your user account.

      5. Go to the same "My Badges" page.

      6. You should see a page with your badges (if you have any).

      When not logged in, e.g. recipient receives an email a clicks on link to view badges, going to https://moodle.org/badges/mybadges.php generates a blank screen. No errors, no navigation.
