Atto does not display on qtype essay page

      1. Create a quiz and add an essay question to it
      2. Login as a student and set your preferred text editor to Atto
      3. Take the quiz and verify Atto works in the quiz when answering the essay question
      4. Also verify that the repositories are not browsable when Atto is shown in this form (the buttons should be removed and the media plugin will be hidden completely).
