Visiting the list of user profile fields via menu causes redirect warning

      Replication steps:

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Ensure debugging is enabled
      3. In the Administration block, navigate to Site admin > Users > Accounts > User profile fields

      The following warning appears briefly during the redirect.
