Unable to generate/set lower than "1" dataset values in Calculated question

      Using Calculated question...
      I am trying to generate values for the following chemistry formula

      sqrt(6.5*pow(10,-5))/{C}

      Where C should have values between 0.1 to 0.99
      And I am unable to.

      I am using Moodle 2.4 and also latest Moodle 2.6 (tested on qa.moodle.net)
