Fix coding error from progress bar when no sub-questions

      Either :

      1 )

      Create a quiz with one question and no random questions in it.

      Have three different students attempt the quiz.

      OR

      2)

      Restore the attached minimal_quiz.mbz in any course.

      Check the statistics report (found below the Results link in the Quiz Admin menu) and see that the statistics report is generated normally with no error.

      Note that if you see text at the top of the statistics report page saying something like " Last calculated 2 mins 25 secs ago there have been 0 attempts since then." This means you are looking at a cached version of the report, in order to test the generation of the report you would need to press the button that appears immediately below such a message that says "Recalculate Now".

      "parent progress count must be at least 1"

      When there are no sub questions skip creating the progress bar to track the response analysis for sub questions.
