Use the attached quiz that uses the interactive question behaviour to test the responses report. See that you can select first try / last try or all trys in responses report. The report should look as the attached screen shot.

Also run the unit tests which are in mod/quiz/report/responses/tests/

For quizzes that use question behaviours that allow multiple tries.

Will add an extra option to the options in display options :

Show the question text, response, right answer

Will add option 'first try' or 'all tries' controlled by a select box, that defaults to 'last try'.
