Manual testing

Create a lesson activity.

Create a content page

Have one of the content section jump to the "next page"

Add a question - select "Essay" as the question type.

Log in as a student and complete the lesson filling in the essay question.

Log in as a teacher and mark the essay.

Go to the logs and check that there is an entry with an action of "lesson update grade".

Unit tests

Run the following unit test and check for errors (pass if there are no errors):
