flaws on indent and move right on course page

      1. Make sure that your window is wide - at least 1259px wide.
      2. Create a test course.
      3. As a user with course editing permissions, on Clean and Base
        1. Attempt to indent an activity to the far right by repeatedly clicking Edit -> Move right
          • Observe that each time you click Move right, the activity in question moves.
        2. Move the activity back to the far left by repeatedly clicking Edit -> Move left
          • Observe that again, each time, the activity in question moves.

      The indentation does not reflect the visual alignment on edit on and off. The activity stops indenting visually at some point but it keeps indenting logically.

      Edit on: Activity jumps when editing title (not also that the hint gets misaligned)
