Students not in grouping still gets notifications from forum with Forced Subscription

      Forum set to Forced Subcription plus "Grouping" and "Available to group members only" still adds all course participants as subscribers, and sends notifications, also to those not in groups within the grouping.

      My Moodle version is 2.4.6, but that wasn't selectable under "Affects versions"
