It would be nice to test the different translated place-holders used in the fullnamedisplay setting.

To have this test we will require another language pack be installed.
Behat can only wait 6 seconds before it times out and loading the language pack for editing takes much longer than this amount of time. So this behat test will be dependant on future improvements in behat
