Martin has identified the following things to be tweaked with the course category management interface.

1. Dialogue button wording when moving a course between categories: Move + Cancel rather than Yes + No.
2. Shade of grey on the clean theme needs to be matched
3. Blue headings for key=>value pairs, remove the blue.
4. Re-sort => Sort
5. Create new category category link to replace menu at top (context based)
6. Title/Alt attributes on edit menus
7. subcategories & sub categories
8. Moving a course to another category by dnd doesn't update total count.
9. New course => Create new course
10. Page title should be set to the management heading
11. Add create new subcategory to the category listitem actions
12. Redesign of category sort bulk actions.
