In order to use a URL select field with the keyboard, I need to tab to the select field, press enter to open the list of options, use the arrow keys to select the option I want, hit enter to select the option, AND THEN HIT ENTER AGAIN TO TRIGGER THE ACTION (Capital letters do not indicate shouting - that's just the bit that needs fixing). Note: This seems to be a chrome only bug.
