\core\event\user_deleted contains too much user data and invalid user snaphot

      1/ Events must be kept small
      2/ We do not purge all data from user table!

      It is enough to include basic identification and deleted data...

      This needs to be fixed now because we can not remove anything from event data after 2.6 release.

      Also the record snapshot MUST contain data BEFORE the user is deleted!
