White line between categories in Clean theme

      1. Open the course category management page in standard.
      2. Verify there are no extra white lines in the left hand column with the checkboxes
      3. Select various parents, and sub categories and verify the selected category highlight has a 1pixel border top and bottom all the way accross (including the checkbox column)
      4. Switch to clean theme and repeat.
