      This test requires debug at developer level

      1. Create a 'M' course using admin/tool/generator/cli/maketestcourse.php
      2. Run php admin/tool/generator/cli/maketestplan.php using --size="M" --shortname="WHATEVERSHORTNAMETHECOURSEHAVE"
        • You will need to set $CFG->tool_generator_users_password if you haven't set that before
      3. You SHOULD not see any debugging message about using a deprecated function
