Course direction indicator affects vertical alignment of course actions

      Ignoring the up/down indicators (hopefully they'll go with MDL-42248) the right-arrow to indicate that a course is open (MDL-42250 also discusses this) makes for inconsistent vertical alignment of all of the other icons.
      For other courses, they should pad out by the appropriate amount.
