Page number location + display confusing

      1. Log in as an admin
      2. Create a category and 5 courses within it if you don't already have that.
      3. Browse to the course category management interface'
      4. Select the category
      5. Check you see the 5 courses listed and no pagination
      6. Change per-page to 5
      7. Check you see the 5 courses listed and no pagination
      8. Edit the URL and change perpage=2
      9. Check you see the 2 courses listed and you get pagination

      I assume this is a page number but I'm not actually sure. Either way, it's location and lack of label (e.g. Page 1 of 14) is confusing.
