Inconsistent icons used for dropdowns

      1. Log in as an admin
      2. Browse to the course category management interface
      3. Click on a category that contains at least one course.
      4. Check that the category listing actions (create new + sort) and the course listing actions (sort + perpage) all use the contextmenu icon.

      Most of the dropdown menu types use the dropdown icon indicator (actionmenu style), but the sort dropdowns are different and look like they should just flip the sort from asc to desc rather than give a menu.
