Editpdf: Page selector should indicate what page you are on

      As admin, enrol yourself in a course as student and create an assignment and enable annotate pdf in the feedback setting.
      Add a pdf as submission.
      Then "View/grade all Submissions", in the grade column click on the edit icon. Click on "Launch PDF editor..."

      Then the test is:
      a) the page selector should be set to Page 1.
      b) when you change a page, it works.
      c) close it, relaunch PDF editor, a) is still valid.

      We probably don't need to Go to Page option. It is only here to explain what the select box is about. It would clear enough if the page are called Page 1, Page 2, Page 3. It also makes sense to display the page one as Page 1 and not Go to page.
