      Restore the attached backup 'backup-moodle2-activity-68-quiz68-20130930-1843.mbz'. Verify that in the stats report that there are a total of 6 attempts showing including 3 first attempts. 2 further attempts should show in the 'Results > Grades' report but these have not been finished and so don't show up in the stats report.
