On attempt page, it should only display the course name in level 1. on review page, it should only display the course name in level 1. As Teacher: On view page, quiz name should be h2. on report page, make sure the separate group option and attempts appear on the same line. on review question page (from report page, select the student response. it should open a pop-up). Make sure it has course name in h1. Add comment to student attempts. Make sure it has similar look to review question page.
