If you nest an outcome then move away from the page you're not warned that you are about to lose work

      Go to Site Admin > Grades > Outcomes and edit an outcome set. move one outcome so it is a child of another. Click any other page in the navigation block and you are moved away and your change is not saved.

      If the changes haven't been saved you should be warned before leaving the page.
