While draging and droping a folder attachement under new Forum, error message is shown as [[serverconnection,error]]

      Steps to navigate to bug:
      1. Open a course
      2. Click on 'General' under course
      3. Click on 'News Forum'
      4. Click on 'Add a new topic'
      5. Drag a folder and drop at 'Attachment'

      Then the error message appeared in the pop-up is shown within strings [[]].

      This is affected in MOZILLA FIREFOX 22.0 web browser and not being affected in other browsers like Google Chrome, Safari, IE etc..
