Testing Instructions:
1. Set theme to Clean
2. Set Language to Hebrew (or any other RTL language)
3. Navigate into a course
4. Make sure breadcrumbs are aligned to the right (as seen on the second screen capture)

Breadcrumbs navigation bar should be aligned to the right in RTL mode (theme/clean, bootstrapbase)
