You have 10 students in your site, you create a group/grouping of only 2 students. Now you link that group/grouping to an assignment, then save and display. In the Grading Summary table, the participants row display the total number of participants (10), when one would expect to only see the number of participants actually involved in the assignment which is 2 students only.
