if you have a section that is hidden by restrict access and one that is hidden by manually clicking the 'eye', they should both look the same with editing on for the teacher.

currently the 'restrict access' section looks like it should be available if the tutor has forgotten that it is 'restricted'

if we had a class of 'hidden' added to the section when the time restriction is in place (as its the case wtih the 'eye'), then we can apply our own css which makes it crystal clear to our staff what is hidden and what is avaiable.
