Customizable Default User Profile

      It would be nice to be able to set create default user profile preferences through the GUI rather than having to modify the editlib.php file.

      Items like:

      Email display
      Email format
      Email digest type
      Forum auto-subscribe
      Forum tracking
      When editing text
      City/town
      Select a country
      Timezone
      Preferred language

      would be nice to be included.
