At present the 'You are not logged in (Login)' and 'You are logged as Username (Logout)' is grey, and uninviting, and not altogether user friendly, and in some respects not Moodle like either. This is one of the links that people use a lot, and are used to seeing these links a different colour than static text.

I would like to see 'Login' and 'Username/Logout' in the same colour as the link colour for the page and breadcrumb. This is about familiarity and accessibility.
