I have a backup scheduled to run every morning at 3 am my time. It does this and I receive an email saying which courses are skipped and which are backed up. It coincides with the ones I have changed in the previous 24 hour period. When I go to course restore, the backup mbz file is created, and the size of the backup file increases every day, so it looks as if the changes are being included, and the course is not skipped.

However, when I go to site administration>reports>backup, it says the backup was done, but all courses were skipped, including the ones that created a new backup file, and including the ones that were changed according to the email I receive.

On top of that, I have a cron job that runs once a day, and the email for that job says all courses do not require backup. It runs at midnight.

Edit: Some comments from my post in the forums about this have suggested that it should be upgraded from a minor bug to a major one.
