Downloading file submissions with a '+' in the filename

      1. Student submits a file to an assignment that includes a '+' in the filename (Moodle accepts the file)
      2. Instructor goes to download the file submission and is unable to do so. Instead, the instructor gets a page that reports the following error: 'Sorry, the requested file could not be found' (see attached screenshot)

      I've done a bit of searching; however, I could not find much info on this issue. Is there any way we can limit the characters allowed to be used in file names that are uploaded to Moodle?
