The padding in the activity chooser could do with improving for modules with subtypes.

"What about adding an arrow where the radio button would go for Assignments 2.3 + other modules with sub plugins"
This affects the LTI module (subplugin support for LTI up for integration for 2.5)
It also affects "Assignment 2.2"
