When a new group is created and an enrollment key is set (Groups>Edit group settings>Enrollment key) this can be filled with whatever is desired (but under password complexity) although the fallowing setting was made:
Site administration>Plugin>Enrollments>Self enrollment> Use password policy

When the new created group is edited for the second time(Groups>Edit group settings) the platform does not allow anymore an enrollment key that is not according with established password policy.

Normally, when a new group is created the platform should not allow from the beginning an enrollment key that not respect password policy.
