Since upgrading to Moodle 2.4.1 many of our embedded videos do not display correctly. According to the documentation, the embedded media player should automatically pickup FLV files and preview/play them with the embedded player. Since the upgrade, this works for SWF and MP4 files, but not for FLV files. When inserting an FLV file, it can be previewed but when displayed on the course page all that is displayed is a link to download the file.
