Missing action cursor on course info

      There is a missing CSS rule to change the cursor to a pointer and make it clear that an interaction is possible in a couple of places in the new Course Info CSS.

      1. The Collapsing/Expanding Categories
      2. The Collapsing/Expanding "You have upcoming Lesson/Chat/etc." messages in the coursebox.
