MOODLE_25_STABLE
The steps to reproduce the problem are in the MDLQA:
1. Login as a teacher and create an online text assignment.
2. Create a page resource with a grade condition of the online text assignment being at least 20%.
3. Select 'Show activity greyed-out, with restriction information' for 'Before activity is available'.
4. Login as a student, view the course page and check that the page resource is shown greyed-out with the grade condition specified.
5. Attempt the online text assignment.
6. Login as the teacher and give the student's online text submission at least 20%.
7. Login as the student, view the course page and check that page resource is now available.
There are a couple of issues:
- With 2 browsers, a teacher session and a student session, when the student submission is graded over to minimal grade the student can not access the page resource
- Login as teacher -> grade student submission -> login as student. The student can access the page resource, but is greyed-out and without the restrict condition info
