When testing Moodle 2.5, MDLQA-5582 i've seen that when you have, in your private files, some files with accentueted characters in filename, they're not well supported in zip file : accentueted characters are lost, replaced by ???, and files can't be opened.

Didn't test in previous versions, but it perhaps affect all 2.x versions...
