Show more/less not working on edit a category page in gradebook for BS theme.

      Replication steps:-

      1. Select bootstrap theme
      2. Goto a course>Gradebook>Category view>Edit a category
      3. Show more and less should be working which they are not.
      4. Happening only on Bootstrap theme afaik.
