Lesson settings block navigation displays bugs

      1. Create a lesson block in a course
      2. Go to the lesson as an admin
      3. In the administration block, ensure that Edit is expanded and "Collapsed" is bolded
      4. Click "Expanded" and ensure that it becomes bold
      5. Expand "Reports" in the navigation block
      6. Click "Overview"
      7. Ensure that overview is bolded
      8. Click "Detailed statistics" in the navigation block, then click back to overview
      9. Verify overview is bolded

      The attached patch fixes a couple of display bugs in the Lesson Settings block. The attached screenshot shows BEFORE and AFTER views of that block.
