Advanced form settings shown without clicking 'Show more...'

      I've reproduce it in the new workshop activity form, but probably is the same for all advanced settings; I open the form, I click 'Expand all', the advanced settings of the sections SHOULD be hidden until 'Show more...' is pressed. There should be some css missing in bootstrap theme as simple forms related issues have been integrated during this weeks
