Ideally behat should be able to detect any of these:

• debugging() calls.
• stack traces printed out.
• PHP notices/warnings/errors.

leading to failure. Note that it should not force tests to be run with debugging enabled nor showerrors. But if any of the above happen... boom is better than ignoring them.
